No Pesky algorithm
It’s becoming increasingly difficult to have content shared on social media unless you beg for likes, shares, comments and interaction. With the algorithm dictating what is “good enough to share” as creators we are at it’s mercy.

This kitchenette needed to double up as an office space so we put sockets and chargers into the work top so that it could be used for either function.

The design for this area was simple and sleek. By keeping to an almost monochrome colour scheme meant that everything we packed into this small space didn't feel overwhelming on the eye.

When starting a commercial project, I rely on my sketchbook research to bring inspiration and ideas to life. The process of free hand drawing, printing, colouring and collage frees my mind and helps me get what is inside my mind onto paper, the results are never what I expect...

Hard Wearing Fabrics For A Commercial project
Welcome to vegan leather.
The fabrics chosen are vegan leather to offer strength, durability and wipe ability alongside being funky colours that can withstand commercial usage.

A sense of calm and tranquility was needed for Sue who wanted to keep memories of her late husband and 40 years of marriage alongside a fresh start for a new chapter of life.

Piping & Pleating
The devil is in the detail and I always make the most of the opportunity to add piping and/or pleating on soft furnishings to add that tailormade finish and to incorporate elements that can run through lots of items to create a cohesive colour story.

Collaboration with Hanny Newton Embroidery
Creating a special keepsake to remind my client of her late mum. The design was inspired by the beautiful jewelry cuff that was left to her.
Hanny’s hand stitched art piece was also used as the motif for the bespoke curtain fabric design in this boudoir design.
