Phase 1: Concept Development
To ensure we turn the space into a reflection and representation of you or your business, I need to see it through your eyes. I need to understand the stories we want to tell, the feelings we want to create and memories to evoke.
That means we can really ensure we’re only working with the best creators to deliver what you need. We take into account your existing branding, social media presence, cultural heritage, location, architecture and the other factors that make your business unique.
From here we’ll create research sketchbooks and mood boards along with a few example items to demonstrate how we can achieve your vision.
Concept Development includes design research and site visits to absorb information and company culture plus meetings with you to present options & discuss design direction.
INVESTMENT: £6900 + VAT
Phase 2: Design Development
The first step is to start bringing the space to life. It’s our canvas for the project, so we need to know how we can use each element to elevate the experience.
We create 2D floor plans and 3D photorealistic renders, depending on what you’re looking for and the detail we need to know. This is the foundation from which we can start to inject personality and style in a way that delivers the most impact for you.
We develop a design concept for furniture, soft furnishings, art and accessories for the space, utilising existing pieces you may already have.
Design Development includes styling details and materials, layouts, shopping budgets and 3D photorealistic imagery, visits to suppliers to select furniture/accessories on your behalf, meeting with you and site visits and studio-based creative and admin work.
ROOM DESIGN: £950 + VAT
DINING/LOUNGE AREAS: £115 + VAT per sqm
Phase 3: Preparation & Planning
The next step is to become time efficient so your business is affected as little as possible by the refurbishment. If you already have a team of trades we can work together or we can suggest tried and trusted experts that we recommend, and we then oversee a schedule of work and organise the timeline for ordering interior products.
A site and project manager is required to oversee all the trades timing, costs and schedules on a day to day basis. During this phase we finalise all interior selections (fixtures, fittings, finishes) for the entire project and liase with the building team regarding start and end dates, organise visits to suppliers to pick up samples/products on your behalf alongside studio-based admin work.
BEDROOMS: £295 + VAT up to 20sqm/£395 + VAT over 20sqm
Dining/Lounge areas £55 + VAT per sqm
Phase 4: Implementation
Once the refurbishment begins, we over-see the next stage of arranging for payment and delivery for all items required. We also coordinate and over-see the installation alongside the project manager & trades, chase delays from suppliers in order to get products delivered on time plus studio-based admin work as required.
Twice weekly site visits to monitor design progress and to address issues as they arise. Formal meetings on site with contractors and trades to resolve any issues as required, alongside meetings with you and weekly feedback. Full installation and styling of the design to make it ready for the press launch and opening

The Extra Touches: Trade Discounts
Access to trade discounts are provided wherever these are offered to me and are in the range of 10-30%, depending on the supplier.
Any furniture, fixtures or fittings that are ordered through SB Interiors are invoiced as required and need to be paid for prior to placement of the order. Some invoices will be sent to you directly from the supplier for payment.
The Extra Touches: Signature Fabrics
With a background in textile design, creating statement pieces for hotels, cafes and restaurants I love to create your completely bespoke Signature Fabric design that captures the personality and individuality of the space. The inspiration can come from anywhere, but I would love to help you capture that in a way that tells a story all of your own. As the design evolves I will craft these to weave seamlessly into your design through interior products.
